Celebrate the beginning of summer at Blue Mountain Brewery!

For our next beer dinner, we’re dining alfresco! Join us on the patio (will move indoors in the event of bad weather) for a six course meal paired with Blue Mountain Brewery brews and hosted by Brewmaster Taylor Smack.

1st Course: Watermelon Gazpacho

Blended watermelon, cucumbers, red bell peppers, red onion, mint, basil, and jalapenos topped with crumbled feta and a watermelon mint skewer

Pairing: Black Cherry Hard Seltzer

2nd Course: Seared Scallop

over angel hair pasta tossed in lemon caper cream sauce

Pairing: Rockfish Wheat

3rd Course: Heirloom Tomato Caprese

Heirloom tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, sweet onion jam, fresh basil, red wine vinaigrette

Pairing: South Street Brewery’s Sakonagas Hazy IPA

4th Course: Seared Beef Tenderloin

topped with compound butter and mushroom demi glace, served with herb-roasted fingerling potatoes and rainbow carrots

Cheese Course

Artisan cheeses with accoutrements

Pairing: Marionberries on Acid

Dessert: Coffee Cheesecake

Oreo cookie crust, coffee cheesecake filling, cinnamon whipped cream
