For our next beer dinner, we’re dining alfresco! Join us on the patio (will move indoors in the event of bad weather) for a six course meal paired with Blue Mountain Brewery brews and hosted by Brewmaster Taylor Smack.
1st Course: Watermelon Gazpacho
Blended watermelon, cucumbers, red bell peppers, red onion, mint, basil, and jalapenos topped with crumbled feta and a watermelon mint skewer

2nd Course: Seared Scallop
over angel hair pasta tossed in lemon caper cream sauce

3rd Course: Heirloom Tomato Caprese
