BEER RELEASE INFO

SPOOKY | Imperial Ale brewed with Real Pumpkin Puree and Cocoa Nibs and Aged in Bourbon Barrels. Has there ever been a better feeling than when you were a kid spiriting around the neighborhood in a white sheet with a bucket of candy bars? No, not really. But we figured if we loaded up an Imperial pumpkin ale with natural chocolate flavor from cocoa nibs and stuck it in a bourbon barrel for a few months it might come pretty close.

2020 SPOOKY VARIANT RELEASES:

#1 | DARK & SPOOKY

– Imperial Ale brewed with Real Pumpkin Puree & Fresh Ginger and Aged in Rum Barrels blended with Dark Hollow Stout. For this special variant of Spooky, we’ve aged the pumpkin ale in rum barrels with fresh ginger, then blended it with our famed Dark Hollow Stout for a creative interpretation of the well-known Dark and Stormy island drink.

#2 | MALTED MILK BALL

– Imperial Pumpkin Ale Aged in Bourbon Barrels with Malted Milk flavoring and Cocoa. For this special variant of Spooky, we’ve added malted milk ball flavoring to our special pumpkin ale as it ages in the bourbon barrels. The “malt” in malted milk is from barley malt, so it is a serendipitous flavor tie-in to this delicious barley and pumpkin brew!

COMPLIMENTARY HOURLY TASTINGS

Spooky and both variants may be sampled at our hourly tastings. These will take place at 12pm, 1pm, 2pm & 3pm. * One tasting of each beer per patron *

In addition to the Outdoor Tiki Bar, the Indoor Tasting Room will provide a selection of six specialty beers on tap, including: 13.5 Oktoberfest, South Street Brewery’s Twisted Gourd, Spooky, and Dark Hollow Stout.
