German-style Maibock | Traditional May bockbier; light, bready malt; mellow hop; super smooth and balanced.  Thanks to the pandemic, Maggie was able to spend extra months cold-aging, resulting in an even smoother, more rounded beer.

CLASSIC LAGER

Continental-Style Lager | Bright gold, Pils malt, noble hops, crisp.

DARK HOLLOW

Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout | Dark, low-roast imperial stout; notes of bourbon and vanilla from extended barrel aging.

ABV 10% | IBU 70

ROCKFISH WHEAT

Bavarian-style Hefeweizen | Yeast-driven banana/clove flavors, citrus undertones. A summer classic of the beer world.

FULL NELSON

American Strong Pale Ale | A rich Virginia Pale Ale with a strong malt backbone and vibrant copper color- pronounced bitterness & floral, citrus aroma.

ABV 5.9% | IBU 60

SLIPPERY WHEN WIT

Wit-Gose Hybrid | A tart, sour, and refreshing beer with notes of citrus and spice. This light-bodied gose still has tons of flavor and a clean finish.

ABV: 4.8% | IBU: 8

MANGO ROCKFISH WHEAT

Fruited Bavarian-style Hefeweizen | A summer variant on our seasonal wheat beer. Mango puree melds with the natural banana ester flavors of Rockfish Wheat to create a sublime warm-weather drink.

ABV: 5.3% | IBU: 16

SINGLE HOP SIMCOE IPA

Simcoe IPA | Pils, Wheat, Munich, and Crystal malts.  Hopped solely with 50lbs of Simcoe hops very late in the boil to let the flavor and aroma shine.  Aroma is piney with citrus notes.  Resiny hop flavor with a balanced malt background.

ABV: 7.7% | IBU: 60

ORIGINAL NITRO PORTER

English-Style Porter | Smooth, balanced malt flavor. Served on Nitrogen, providing a creamy head and easy drinkability.

ABV: 6.6% | IBU: 24
